It's official; I am a homeowner!

Okay, that was official last Friday when I closed, but now that I have moved in it feels official. I just spent my first night in the new house. Guys, I woke up with sunlight! It's a big step up from my previous basement lair.

Thanks to the inexplicable actions of my endocrine system, about once every 28 days I have the sudden, overpowering urge to clean something. I don't just mean casual straightening here. Conveniently, that is about how often you actually need to say, empty the toaster oven crumb tray or re-alphabetize the canned goods.

Finals are done!

I finished my last final this afternoon, leaving me time to attend to a few chores I had been putting off. Most notably, I just washed every single item of clothing I possess. Seriously.
